微信跳转wap外部浏览器接口如何实现

微信跳转外部浏览器的作用是什么？
一般的链接在微信内打开，只能在微信的浏览器里面浏览。但是微信跳转wap外部浏览器接口，可以将用户指定的链接在微信内打开，然后唤起微信之外手机浏览器内打开网页，脱离微信的限制。
