1.xadmin的下载

2 .在工程项目根目录中执行一下命令 下载依赖
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
3. 修改base.py ( python 3.8 以上的版本，以下的不用)

4 自己的数据库模型类，完成数据库迁移

6.启动
