[摘要]目的 研究细节护理在固定矫正患者护理安全中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年7月～2017年7月我院正畸科实施固定矫正的200例患者作为研究对象，按照数字随机法将患者分成对照组和观察组，每组各100例。对照组实施常规固定矫正护理措施，研究组实施细节护理。对比分析两组的护理效果和安全性。结果 研究组矫正治疗不良事件的总发生率为3%（3例），低于对照组的28%（28例）（P<0.05）；研究组的护理总满意度为97%（97例），对照组为81%（81例），研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 细节护理可有效降低固定矫正治疗中牙釉质脱矿、托槽松动、牙龈炎、龋齿等矫正治疗不良事件的发生率，提高护理安全性，提升护理效果和护理满意度，该护理方式可在固定矫正患者护理中推广应用。

Application of detail nursing in nursing care of patients with fixed correction

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of detail nursing in nursing care of patients with fixed correction. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017， 200 patients who underwent orthodontic fixation in our hospital were selected as the research data. The patients were divided into two groups according to the digital randomization method， 100 cases in each group. The control group was received routine fixed correction nursing measures， the study group was used details of care. Two groups of patients with the effect and safety of care were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3% （3 cases）， the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 28% （28 cases）， and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97% （97 cases）. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81% （81 cases）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events such as enamel demineralization， loose brackets， gingivitis and dental caries during fixed orthodontic treatment， improve nursing safety， improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the fixed correction of patient care to promote the application.

護理安全是医院护理工作中一直特别强调且非常重视的一项工作，护理中安全问题、不良事件的发生将对就诊患者造成不良影响，降低治疗效果，并引发医患矛盾[1]。固定矫正治疗，是解除错颌畸形、美观牙齿的重要方式，应用矫正装置可起到调整面部骨骼、牙齿和颌面部神经、肌肉间协调性的作用，保证口颌系统的稳定、平衡与美观。但在实际的固定矫正中，部分患者存在矫正装置松动、错位、牙龈炎等问题，影响了治疗效果，通过实施细节护理，可有效降低这类安全风险的发生，提高固定矫正效果。细节护理从小处着手，可显著提高患者的护理质量和安全性[2-3]。为了明确细节护理在固定矫正患者护理安全中的应用效果，本研究对我院正畸科选取实施固定矫正的进行分组研究，具体内容报道如下。
