报名自考本科一定要是大专学历吗自考的政策没有规定报名自考本科之前一定要有专科毕业证，根据高等教育自学考试的有关规定：通过所有本科课程后，考生在申办自学考试本科专业毕业前，必须先获得国家承认的专科（及以上）学历（前置学历）。
