一、表语倒装

Although 主语+系动词+表语，主句

变倒装：

表语+as/though +主语+系动词，主句

【例句】

尽管那个老板是这个地区最有钱的，但是他没有文化。

Although the boss is the richest in this area , he has no knowledge.

变倒装：

Richest as /though the boss is , he has no knowledge.

尽管很多消费者很聪明，但是还是老上广告的当。

Although many consumers are clever, they are always deceived by advertisements .

变倒装：

Clever as/though many consumers are , they are always deceived by advertisements.

尽管她是个女人，但像男人一样去斗争。

Although she is a woman , she fights like a man.

变倒装：

Woman as/though she is , she fights like a man.

尽管吉尔是个小姑娘，但是她懂得特别多。

二、谓语动词的倒装

Although+主语+特定动词+谓语，主语

变倒装：

谓语+as/though +主语+特定动词，主句

【例句】

虽然汤姆努力了，但还是没有得到晋升。

Although Tom might try hard , he did not get a promotion.

变倒装：

Try hard as /thought Tom might , he did not get a promotion.

三、状语的倒装

Although+主语+谓语+状语，主语

变倒装：

状语+as/though+主语+谓语，主句

【例句】

虽然汤姆努力工作，但是仍没有得到老板的表扬。

Although Tom worked hard , he was not praised by the boss.

变倒装：

Hard as/though Tom worked , he was not praised by the boss.
