get dressed侧重状态，持续性动作；put on是瞬间性动作，强调动作。用法上，根据时间状语来选择，简单的说：他今天穿了一件绿色的外套。He gets dressed in a green coat today.但是这里不能用put on了，如果用put on意思就是，他穿上了一件绿衣服。
