I hereby want to make a complaint about your product。There are several problems as following:
1。In your advertisement,customers can get 3 blank tapes free by buying your walkman,but I didn't get them。
2。You also make it clear in your advertisement that the headphone includes a pair of protection sponge and I also didn't get that。
3。The switch of volume is broken。
4。The walkman doesn't work now。
5。I supposed to get a 20% discount by ordering within a week according to your advertisement,instead,I only get 10% discount。
