sat作文 Can people have too much enthusiasm?

One thing that have always puzzled me,is the fact that people ask others to write SAT essays for them via baidu。Why does it puzzle me?Because,for a fact,you only take SAT if you want to enroll in an American university。Because that's the only useful purpose of it。
What's the point in getting others to write your practice SAT essays when you're going to face the REAL SAT exam by yourself?If you never have enough practice,which obviously you're going to get none if you make others do it,you will not pass the SAT,at the very least,not the writing section。
Further more,lets just say you pass the SAT by some chance; You'll STILL need English,fluent English,in writing,oral,and listening when you attend the universities in the united states。
So what's the point?
