after和in加时间时的问法区别?比如说用when 问 用哪个答?how soon 请总结下?

He will arrive home in half an hour。in接的是时间段用how soon提问
He will arrive home after 11 o'clock。after 接的是将来的时间点用when提问
再问： 可以说 in加时间的都只能用 how soon 问么？ 若 after加时间段呢？ 用什么问？
