library rules (只能用should)

1。University teachers and students who wants to go into the libraty to borrow books should use ID cards
2。Anyone shouldn't smoke,spit and throw litter and debris。offenders should pay a fine
3。You should keep quiet in the library。
4。Take care of public property。Damage is strictly prohibited,cutting tear,stealing books and newspapers and other library property,and offenders punished according to relevant regulations to deal with Library。
5。Lending and borrowing to the Department should go through the process before they can lend。Without processing the books,not to be arbitrarily taken away from the cashier's office,and offenders punished according to steal books。
