土耳其的出生证签美国的话,翻译件要公证得吗?还是自己翻译一下就可以啦?

申请签证时所有翻译的文件都需要公证,而且要在后面加一句:
I certify that I am fluent in both English and Turkish,and that the attached translation in English of [name of applicant]’s [name(s) of document(s)] is a true and accurate translation of the original document(s) in Turkish。
所以公证人需要懂英、土双语。这句或类似的句子是美国移民局的要求(Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents。The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate。)。你可以在移民局(USCIS)的网页上查到。
