烦请高手翻译以下英文,谢谢.Notwithstanding the above, the Receiving Party agrees that it will not use, except as may be authorized by the Disclosing Party in writing and will not disclose or give to others any of the Confidential Proprietary Information. Company B and company R agree that any and all information supplied to it as provided above shall be kept confidential by such party and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law, court order, or governmental agency regulation, and will not be used by company B other than in connection with the manufacturing and sale of the Licensed Products in the Territory; provided, further, that nothing herein shall be deemed to restrict or prohibit in any way either party’s independent research and development capabilities.
