英语翻译您好,我订购的产品已于今天收到了,订单号为×××,但其中有一件货物没有发货,我注意到这个产品是不能空运的,很抱歉我买的时候没有注意到,但该产品的货款已于下单当日扣除了,请问现在可以退款么?另外还有一件产品到2010年4月就过期了,不是特别新鲜了,希望下次可以注意,其他都很好很喜欢,

I have recieved the products,and my order NO。is。
But one of the goods was not dispatched。I noticed that this product can not be transporting by air。I 'm sorry for didn't notice when I bought it。Thw money has been deducted on the day that I ordered。
I want to know whether I can claim for refund。By the way,another product is not very fresh。It will be stale in April,2010。
