There is still another case that persons who have suffered from a life-threatening disease may enjoy a higher quality of life if they are surrounded by friends and family。This indicates that the mind affects the body。If someone we love is diagnosed with such kind of disease,we may feel desperate and helpless。But it doesn’t have to be that way。It is important that he or she feel truly cared about。We just try to give emotional support。Sometimes we all need a shoulder to cry on。
