第一句应将get 改成getting
第二句应该成 Here are the results of how do students get to school。
第三句应改成 Here are the results of how the five students go to school survey in my class。

再答： 第一句前面有be动词are后面的动词就不能是原形了。 第二句中how 的前面是不能有the 的，the是定冠词，接名词而不是从句。但是我不太明白为什么原句是问号，这句话应该是陈述语气吧？ 第三句中they 指代的就是the five students，直接去掉 they就不会重复了，这样的话强调的就是“如何。。。”的结果了。也可以按照楼上的改法，强调的是“五个学生”的结果。
