Good afternoon,everyone!I’m glad to have this opportunity to be here and share my topic with all of you。Today I’d like to talk about the conference budget of cooperation7A for the first season of 2013。
This report contains seven modules,economic budget,reception,lodging,dining,entertainment,local tourism and departing。
First,I’ll represent the economic budget,which is consisted with six parts。The first part is lodging,we will offer rooms ranging froming1969RMB to 12888RMB per night,depending on the ranking of visitors。For example,we’d offer the top ranking visiters with ambassador suites while the lower ranking ones with business suites。
The second part is dining,considering that some of our visitors are British managers and might not yet be used to Chinese food,we’d arrange most of the dinners in fansy western food restaurants ,and after they get used to here in China,we could take them to try some local food in Changsha。To conclude,we’d spend around 2000RMB for one meal。
Third,entertainment。As it’s the first time for most of our visitors to attend meeting in Changsha,they must not be familiar with this city,we’d let the staff take them to the famous sight spots of Changsha。For example:Mountain YueLu,Temple TianXin,ect。For this part we need about 3000 to 4000RMB。
Fourth,transport。We’d provide luxury commercial vehicles within the conference。
Fifth,conference placing。As the conference is of great importance to the company,we finally chose Hotel Xilaideng as the meeting spot,after considering security and fitness for business affairs。
Sixth,other costs。We’re thinking of offering all the attendance with plane tickets of business class and also some souvenir。
That would be all the expense for the conference,which accumulates to about 80,000 to 100,000RMB in total。
