前一半不是从句,而是过去分词短语作原因状语。因为它没有主语,tired也是非谓语动词。
如果要用从句来说也可以：

Because he was tired of working in the office,he decided to change a job。
由于这个从句表达的是他决定换工作的原因,所以是原因状语从句。
