高一英语作文 my favorite singer

My favorite singer is Karen Carpenter,from the famous '70s band "the carpenters"。
She has such a rich and unique voice that I could listen to her music over and over again。
I first heard of the carpenters from a radio show when I was in primary school。I could still remember the song that was played,yesterday once more。I was instantly hooked on that song。Since then,I began to collect the cassette I can get about Carpenter。
Later,the internet became hot,so it is more convinient for music fans to listen to music。However,Carpenter did not live that long。
It's sad that Karen Carpenter passed away at a young age due to anorexia,but her music lives on。
