The passage tells us that Keyfind Education School rehired Fan Meizhong, which has drawn public attention after there was a general debate over Fan’s running behavior。
In my opinion, Fan’s running behavior was wrong, for he didn’t protect his students on his own responsibility in the earthquake。
Maybe it is unacceptable that Fan ran out of the classroom in spite of the frightened students, but we should try to forgive him and give him another chance。 For one reason, it’s only human nature to escape from such a big earthquake, which is a matter of life and death。 For another reason, as the saying goes,“Every man has his fault”。 Therefore, I think we should adopt a right attitude toward Fan’s rehire and give him some living space。
A good teacher in my mind should have many good qualities, such as patience and enthusiasm, and most important of all he or she should be full of love and have a strong sense of responsibility。
