acknowledgment & consent 谁知道这段话的意思?acknowledgment & consentI hereby acknoledge receipt of this Memorandum,including the list of my outstanding ** Options set forth on Appendix A.I agree that i have no ** Option outstanding other than those options identified on Appendix A.I understand and agree that i may not exercise my ** Option(s) prior to the close of the Merger.I also understand and agree that such options will automatically be sashed out in the Merger.Accordingly,i will receive a cash distribution per vested option share equal to the applicable Cash Payment (less all applicable withholding taxes) within fifteen(15) days following the closing date of the Merger,and i will vest in my right to receive a cash distribution per unvested option share equal to the applicable Cash Payment at the time when each cancelled option share would have become vested and exercisable pursuant to the original vesting schedule under my cancelled ** Option.
