Firstly,children have the right ro know something about thier body,how they were born。Secondly,sex education is of great importance to the teenagers。If they don't have it,they maybe ashame of some behaviors in their daily life。。。or do somthing bad。。。To sum up,human's sex life should be regulated,so they are supposed to be educated
