求英语辩论：everyone should learn english.反方的论据

It's not true that everyone should learn English。First of all, the majority of the population on this planet don't speak English。 Rather, Chinese is the language that a huge portion of the population speaks。 While knowing how to speak English is indeed important, but it is far from becoming a requirement for everyone in the world。 For instance, English is the official language for some countries, but it is not right to impose onto those other countries that do not have English as their official language to learn English。 Secondly, whether one needs to learn English depends on the necessity of English in one's life。 So, if someone doesn't need to understand English at all in order to make his/her living, then it is definitely not true that he/she should learn English。 Instead, this person should learn the language that he/she encounters everyday。Finally, while English is relatively easy for some people to learn, it is hard for others to learn。 Consequently, it really depends on the preference of the individuals whether they want to learn English or not。
