be aware of 可以加where 引导的从句吗

一般后面加短语。或从句,但好像基本上没有where 引导的从句,可以用that 等 引导 再问： the young couple was worried, because neither of them was aware______ they had lost the necklace。 a。of the place b。 of which c。 where d。 of where 应该选哪个？ 再答： A 或C C 好象不对!再问： 答案是d,应该怎么解释？ 再答： 可以! be aware of where=be aware that , 是我说错了不好意思！ D对的，可是我觉得A更好！
