先行词是those,指人,选择关系代词that 和who都可以吗?

those后面用who,that就和those重复（只是单复数的区别）,所以一般都用who；those who。。。就是“。。。的人”；单数有一个“anyone who”的用法。例如：Those who want to go to the Summer Palace please sign here。
