Time during which mooring and discharging in the port of unloading are not made because of bad weathand also time of the second and the subsequent pilot ages if it is caused by bad weather conditions,is taken into account on one half to the rate for lay time or if a vessel on demurrage,on one half to the rate demurrage only provided that bad weather was the only reason of a delay.
