Relationship Between China Foreign Investment Interprise Law　　and Corporation Law　　Abstract(内容摘要）　　Foreign Investment Interprise Law is the business association law in foreign investment, also an important department law in China。 As an independent law department and compared with Corporation Law which plays an important role in business association law system, Foreign Investment Interprise Law owns many distinct specificities in fund-provider, adjustment object and organization。 To the relationship between this two laws, academic community commonly recogizes it as the relationship between general law and special law。 But by comparision,there are conflicts in law application between Foreign Investment Interprise Law and Corporation Law。 Foreign-invested enterprise is a kind of enterprise legal form distinguished from company。 The relationship between them is not the relationship between general law and special law。 Foreign Investment Interprise Law essentially belongs to Business Regulatory Law or Business Operation Law。　　Keywords(关键词）： Foreign Investment Interprise Law　　Corporation Law　　General Law and Special Law　　Business Regulatory Law
