首先纠正一下楼主的difficult严格来讲都是错的。但是其实我们平时的考试啊,说话啊都无所谓（虽然放在对话口语有点略显啰嗦,但是可以在presentation时候说这样话）第一句话里：宾语从句的谓语动词是错的,could be是错的,前面是work,并列需要对称,只能用do来指代work。I found that it is difficult to work as effective as I cound be。could有两种理解,一种是can的过去式,一种是比can语气委婉点的表达（由过去式延伸出来的意思）。在这里因为主句是found过去式,所以应该这么改：I found that it was difficult to work as effective as I could do(do指代的是work,可以省略)。第二句里：I found that it is difficult to be working as effective as I cound be 。同样宾从的谓语时态错误。could do也是错的。to be working,表示将来进行时,将来进行时表示将来某一时间正在进行的动作,可是居然被你found到了,逻辑不合理。只能用to work来表示,不定式在做主语时（it是形式主语）是没有将来的意思的,仅表示具体的、一次性动作。综上改正方法有：I found that it was difficult to work as effective as I could。其实用一般现在时更加合理：I find that it is difficult to work as effective as I can。
