First of all,following my work experiences in the summer Internship program,I have noticed that the turnover rate of sales representative in the real estate agency is alarmingly high。This phenomenon has drawn my attention and as I have oppoturnities to observe and study in the internship,I have become more and more interested in it。Therefore,a variety of related publications has been studied,based on the theories in many of the domestic and foreign papers and first line researches in the real estate agency,data was collected with questionnaires and summarized using descriptive statistics。The data was then analyzed using software including Eviews and Excel to account for the primary causes of the high turnover rate for the sales representative in the real estate agency,and after carefully studying these causes,the solutions to this phenomenon were proposed。In the end,the conclusion of the article was made and limitations were also illustrated。请参考!
