语法上是没什么错的,但是一般我们后面用完成时。This/It is the first/second/。。。/ time that sb have done sth。或者This/It was the first/second/。。。/ time that sb had done sth。是固定句式,这是某人第几次做某事。是定语从句。先行词是time,因为前面有the first/second/。。。/ time,等序数词,所以应该用that做连接词。
