Science and technology,as the main impetus of the development of the world,do have an significant impression on every people in the earth。When the gunpowder is created,men begin to have the power to change nature itself,move away the mountains in the way,kill animals for food or other use more conviently,destroy the anything they don't want to see and so forth;When the car,ship,airplane or other transportation tools is made out,men achieve the dream to travel all the world more freely and quickly。When telephone and internet,these communicate devices,are invented,men can talk to anyone else they liked in this planet anywhere anytime。Since science has so great power ,which just like the giant who has boudless strength,we government has to take some measures to rectrict some scientific researches,for the technology may also be a threat to the living of human beings。As a truth,public attention was drawn to report the abuses of human subjects in biomedical experimets,especially during the Second World War。The physicians and scientists who had conducted biomedical experiments on concentration camp prisoners,in order to test the effect of their new medicine on man and the symptoms of the body and get the first-handed clinical datas,were judged guility in trials。And also as a famous physical scientist,known as the father of the atom bomb,Robert Oppenheimer said after he witnesses the might explosion of his research production:I am become death,the destory of worlds。Yeah,it's the reality that the nuclear weapons may bring us the catastrophy,extinction,to be the worst ending。All the above showed teach us a lesson:Although scientific research has produced substantial social benefits,it as also posed several troubling ethical problems and thus our government should do some restrictions on some of the scientifical researchs。But it is so far as I know a total tragedy,for the biomedical research on human body and the research of atom bomb are all under the admission and protection of their government as the so-called contribution to the national or internationl development of medicine and peace。At some points,I do agree with the order to forbid the techniques of clone made by our government。So just imagine the scen when this technology is ultimately successful and is used in a commercial way,men can clone whatever or whoever they want only if they can afford the money and numorous clonal people are the streets that time。Who are you and who am Terrible。In spite of these ill-effects that the science research may bring to us ,there is still some advantages if less restrictions is placed by the govenrment。For instance:the genetic engineering should be less restricted for its use in the agriculture field and the cure of diseases。Since an incresing population have become a heavy burden on the supple of food,due to which millions of people hungry to die,however we can use the powerful weapon of the genetic engineering to change the genes in rice or other agricultural plants to raise the quility and quantity per aquare of the land。And similarly,we can use this weapon to change the genes of the virus that cause some fatal diseases like the AIDS and then exterminate these diseases substantially。So in summary,whether scientific research should be less restricted is depended and our government do should have a clear idea of the result that their decision may bring to the citizens before they can make the final settlement。这是我前些天写得关于科技的论文,你自己看看吧。,其实写这种文章,无论是利大于弊,还是弊大于利,都只要写出自己的一点观念就好了。
