Hello,everybody,Today I am honored to get a chance to give you a speech。Well。Reagrding what are the three ways to obtain a good job。I think we have to be at least qualified in 3 aspects。First,it is working experience。As you know,nobody can expect to receive good salary if he can not do anything。The new comers in a company can not get the money as much as those ones stayed there for quite long time。Right?Why?Because the new comers are not trained to be a qualified level needed by his position。And,Secondly,it is diploma。It is a Knocking Door Brick in the figurative speaking in China。Means it is first element you have to possess when you are about to ask for a job。You know the employers will always ask first which university you graduated from。How many years you have studied。etc。So diploma is very important。But anyway,it is not the final point decides you will get the job or not。The final aspect which has the bound role for your success is following aspect。Number three,self quality。Self quality is very very important。It is comprehensive factor which will affect your future career,improvement,promotion。This factor inclues two main parts。One is your quality on the inteligence,the other is on emotion。These two parts are known as IQ and EQ。Nither of which can be lacked。On this aspect,we have to spend lifetime to get it improved,right?Since the time being,let me stop here for todays topic。Finally wish everybody can get your own good job。Thank you。
