英语翻译In addition to the foregoing,the Company has deposited with B,5 Bone-Age appliances of a total value of $22.105 (twenty two thousand one hundred and five US Dollars) and which shall remain in the ownership of the Company,for the purposes of their sale by B.The Parties agree that B will take steps to sell such applinces to its customers without being subject to a binding commitment to do so,and shall remit to the Company $4.421 with the addition of VAT in respect of each appliance that it sells,in so far as any appliance is sold,and this on payment terrns of current +30 from the date of the sale of each of the aforesaid appliances,with the exception of cases in which the consideration for the appliance is paid to B on terms and conditions that are below current +30 and in such cases B shall pay the aforeasid amount according to the date on which it receives payment of the consideration.It is clarified that for the purposes of this section the status of the Company is that of another ordinary supplier of B,B shall be responsible for the said appliances in respect of all matters pertaining to theft and/or loss and/or damage that may occur to them and for such purpose it shall insure the appliances and/or add them to its relevant existing insurance policy.B 翻译成 B公司 ,Company翻译成 公司 即可
