I prefer eating at home because it's cheaper and healthier。It's often very expensive to eat healthy in a nice,clean restaurant。In addition,it's often unclear the type of ingredients that have been added to make the dishes delicious。For example,MSG adds flavour to a dish but has also been shown to be harmful for us in the long run。Hence,I would eat at home whenever possible。
