关于being 的语法题

1。There being no cause for alarm(这种结构称为独立主格结构,一般充当状语,there被当作了逻辑主语）相当于Because there was no cause for alarm如：Weather permitting（=If weather permits),I will go out。There being many students in the classroom,the teacher began his lesson。2。现在进行时的被动语态：The flag is being raised now。正在升旗。（旗正在被升上去）B C rise不及物动词,没有被动D 及物的。应该用被动用rising就对了。
