英语翻译In the event that any covenant or provision herein shall be determined to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever such unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining covenants or provisions or parts thereof contained in this Agreement and such void or unenforceable covenants or provisions shall be deemed to be severable from any other covenants or provisions or parts thereof herein contained.In the event that any of the covenants herein contained be held unreasonable by reason of the area duration or type of scope of service covered by the said covenant then the said covenant shall be given effect to in its reduced form as may be decided by any court of competent jurisdiction.The Director hereby acknowledges and agrees that all of the restrictions contained herein are reasonable and valid and hereby waives any and all defences to the strict enforcement thereof by the Company.
