yes,I think so。if to learn musical instrument,it's good to model children's character of musical inspect and establish their music interesting when they are young。I don't think so。Children can choose to learn a instrument according to their interest,but it is not necessary。Some children like science or painting better,then why don't let them make a choice by themselves?I think learn to choose and to give up is more important than to learn a instrument。So it is not necessary,only alternative。
