1。尽管有个yet,有完成时态是要更好些,但是这里首先应该用被动语态,"这件事还没有被决定"。因此如果选C,就应该为:has not been 2。表示一种状态,就用一般现在时态。如果选A就感觉hang这个动作是my coat发出的了。hang-hanged-hanged是"绞死"的意思,而hang-hung-hung是"挂起"lie -lied -lied 撒谎,lie-lay-lain 躺可合起来记为:绞死撒谎者是规则(变化)
