I'm In England,but my computer can't support Chinese.

You can set in control panel(kong zhi mian ban),region and language option(qu yu he yu yan xuan xiang),select "senior(gao ji)",and there would be so many languages in the dialog box,find Chinese,select ,then click "use(yingyong)",then your machine support chinese。then back region and language option(qu yu he yu yan xuan xiang),select "language",click "particular imformation" (xiang xi xin xi),select "senior(gaoji)",then "append(tianjia)",import languague select"chinese",then you can import chinese in your machine。your xp now can support chinese。if you want to change your xp system into chinese,i think it is impossible。some words i use spelling,because i think the words i translated is not same with your eng sys 。
