英语翻译That any cheque to be drawn by the Company under and in accordance with clause 2 above on any one of the Bank's branches or offices where the account or accounts of the Company are kept may at the Bank's sole and absolute discretion be paid at the counter upon presentation or otherwise honoured by the Bank's Head Office in Hong Kong or any other branches or offices of the Bank provided that it is clearly understood that the Bank's Head Office or branches or offices other than the branch or office on which the cheque is drawn may refuse to honour such cheques at any time without notice and without giving any reason therefor and that the Bank will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in respect of the dishonour of any cheque by the Bank's Head Office in Hong Kong and/or other branches or offices.
