要看修饰这个先行词的那一个定语从句什么成分残缺了。缺哪个部分它就充当那个部分。例：This is the man who is my brother。（is是谓语,my brother是宾语）缺少主语,所以先行词the man作主语。This is the woman whom we're talking about。(we是主语,talking是谓语）缺少宾语。所以先行词the woman作宾语。
