first u should know which one is fit 4u,if ask me i wud like to choose the USA,cos they have the mix culture,many different race who have diffferent costom live in there n u can see a lot of kinds about art,u can learn english well then u can go anywhere watever u like to learn the art deeply in bones n soul,yep that's my point。
