不能。everytime本身就是一个可以引导时间状语从句的词。同样的词还有the day,the week,the year,the first time,next time,any time,the last time,all the time,from the time,by the time 比如说我第一次看见你就爱上了你:I fall in love with you the first time I met you。而不能在time的后面加一个when
