商务英语,合同条款,会的帮个忙吧!Protocol of final delivery and acceptance signed by both Parties as referred to in Article 2.5 of this Contract above; OR, in the event of disagreement, confirmation of such final delivery and acceptance of all Goods and Services by internationally recognized surveyor as referred to in Article 2.5 of this Contract above.The Parties agree that in the event if Buyer fails to send a notice of readiness to the Seller as prescribed in the first sentence of Article 2.4 above, the payment of 5% (five percent) of the Total Purchase Price in the amount of $76,250.00 (seventy six thousand two hundred and fifty US Dollars) shall be made without presentation to the bank of the document (a) referred to immediately above upon expiration of the 90 (ninety) calendar days after customs clearance of the Goods in Russia.
