1。what's more 可以省略,因为not merely本来就有这个意思。2。如果beliefs and behavior towards Mother Nature= beliefs towards mother nature + behavior towards mother nature的话。就改为our beliefs of and behavior towards Mother Nature。3。同意try to satisfy 比较好4。our needs for living and developing 变成our needs to survive and develop比较好
