Should men and women be equal?This question had been arisen since human beings realized the differences between the two genders,not only biologically,but also social functionally。And with the development of the integration and diversification of the human society during the past thousands of years,the controversy of the equality of genders has been lifted up into a moral level。In fact,we have to say,by the law of Mother Nature,because neither men nor women can outmatch the other generally in this complex world,they are equal indeed。Each gender has its characteristics and the fields where the gender is better performed than the other。The balance and cooperation between masculinity and femininity are the key factor that human society can be built and developed。Either the tendency to masculinity or femininity will lead to the unbalance of the existing social system and thus give rise to the drawback or even fallback of human beings as a whole。
