I think that my biggest shortcoming results from my strong execution capability。When I am very keen on doing a thing,I'll always act immediately following my ideas; I just can’t put it up without any action,such revery make me believe that my idea is getting farther and farther from its realization。The problem lies in that sometimes I will head forward without consideration to factors restricting the realization of ideas,and therefore sometimes it will be completed with a long bend。Nevertheless,it might be a good thing for me that such shortcomings make me know how to improve。
