why do you think culture is important?

Yes,that's very important。People can get enough information about one's talent,education level and character through the culture he or she has。Especially,so far as I know,for a leader or manager of some groups,the culture of the person is significant。It shows so much for a person。But for me,i really don't know which aspect of my culture is what i am most pround of。However,i attach much importance to that。
