Is a test of spoken english necessary?

Of course spoken English test is necessary。As a kind of language,the most practical use of it is to communicate with others。To those who learn English as a second language,it is difficult for them to express themselves fluently and accurately。The exam-orinated exam only can make students do exercises ,which is not enough for the nature of learning an foreign language。If there is spoken English test,it will force students to listen more,speak more and surely,it will improve students' ability to put English into practical use。
