英语翻译一段儿合同文档Packing英文 寻求规范翻译Packing:To bepacked in strong wooden case(s) or in carton(s),suitable for long distance air transportation and change of climate,well protected against moisture and shocks.The sellers shall be liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing and for any rust attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the sellers in regard to the packing.One full set of service and operation manuals concerned shall be enclosed in the case(s).In the case of packing and/or delivery being made in the U.S.A.,European Union or Japan:When the seller uses the coniferous wooden materials to pack goods,he has to submit to the buyer a plant quarantine certificate issued by the competent overnment Quarantine Authority of sellers' country proving that heat teratment or other effective measures approved by Chinese Competent Authority have been carried out.When the seller uses the non-coniferous wooden or non-wooden materials to pack goods he has to submit to the buyer a written statement proving that non-coniferous wooden or non-wooden materials were used.The above-mentioned certificate or statement shall be submitted by the seller to the buyer immediately after the goods having been delivered on the flight.If the seller fail to present or presents hte said certificate or statement in delay,he shall compensate all th costs,expenses and losses of the buyer thus incurred.
