WTO anti-dumping is allowed to protect domestic industries of the three legitimate means (anti-dumping,countervailing and safeguard measures) one。As a WTO member to give their legitimate rights,anti-dumping increasingly becoming the States to resolve trade frictions or disputes in an effective way。In recent years,countries and regions in many parts of the world trade in iron and steel have to take protective measures on imported steel products,the implementation of anti-dumping,the frequent occurrence of iron and steel trade friction。International Iron and Steel in the increasingly intense trade friction cases,on the one hand,some foreign steel companies on China's domestic steel products market dumping; On the other hand,Western developed countries also export steel products to China's frequent use of anti-dumping measures。Therefore,iron and steel enterprises in China is faced with the dumping and anti-dumping and tests the impact of the double。In this paper,a simple introduction to the definition of anti-dumping and some basic knowledge on the basis of China's iron and steel industry through the personal experience of anti-dumping cases,analysis of China's steel industry faces anti-dumping situation and experience of the characteristics of anti-dumping investigations in the light of China's iron and steel industry frequently experienced anti-dumping investigation against the background in order to sum up the iron and steel industry of China's foreign anti-dumping investigation of the main reasons。For foreign exports of China's iron and steel anti-dumping charges,and some relatively new program,made a number of the corresponding solutions in order to minimize the experience of China's iron and steel industry the chance of anti-dumping investigations,as well as abroad in response to it should be noted in反倾销起诉issues,do our utmost to protect our own from the loss of iron and steel industry。反倾销是WTO所允许的保护国内产业的三种合法手段（反倾销、反补贴和保障措施）之一。作为WTO赋予其成员的合法权利,反倾销日益成为各国解决贸易摩擦或纠纷的有效途径。近几年来,世界许多国家和地区在钢铁贸易方面纷纷采取保护措施,对进口钢铁产品实施反倾销,钢铁贸易摩擦频频发生。在国际钢铁贸易摩擦日益激烈的情况下,一方面,一些国外钢铁企业对我国国内钢铁市场进行产品倾销；另一方面,西方发达国家又对我国出口钢铁产品频繁使用反倾销措施。因此,我国钢铁企业可谓面临着倾销与反倾销的双重冲击与考验。本文在简单地介绍反倾销的定义和一些基本知识的基础上,透过我国钢铁业亲身经历的反倾销案例,来分析我国钢铁行业所面临的反倾销状况和遭遇反倾销调查的特点,再结合我国钢铁行业频频遭遇反倾销调查的背景,以总结出外国对我国钢铁业进行反倾销调查的主要原因。针对国外对我国钢铁出口产品的反倾销指控,并根据国内一些比较新的方案,提出了一些对应的解决策略,以尽量降低我国钢铁业遭遇反倾销调查的几率以及在应对国外的反倾销起诉中应当注意的问题,尽最大的努力保护我国自己的钢铁业免受损失。
